“The greatest good you can do for another is not just to share your riches, but to reveal to him his own.”– Benjamin Disraeli
It is brave to ask for help.
While strong, we, as human beings, are not infallible.
In times of difficulty, overwhelm, or uncertainty, we may require extra support. Extra guidance. Extra coping tools.
My life purpose is not only to offer you that but also to awaken you to the unlimited potential you have right there inside you.
It is, after all, your birth right to shine like the star you were born to be.
Take my hand. Here is how I can help you:
I work with clients one-on-one via Zoom (or any other online platform of their choosing), helping them overcome any challenge or difficulty that is hindering their lives and limiting their potential.
The clients I’ve worked with/am working with include:
- Fifty-year-old Jane, CEO of a successful business, who had gone through a divorce that really impacted her work and relationship with herself.
Working with Jane for an hour or two every week for 5-6 weeks, I helped her shift her perception that she had done something wrong, and that divorce is the end of a road.
Jane regained her confidence and came to understand that things may happen unexpectedly but WE can choose how we want to respond to them. She became a shiny light of inspiration for those getting into contact with her.
- Sue, a lovely woman in her mid-thirties who put others’ needs before her own and, as a result, felt as if her family and friends were controlling her life
I helped Sue learn that her needs are also important and that she has a right to say ‘no’. The please learned that she can please herself as well.
- Thirty-five-year-old Ben who sought my help with his goal-setting.
I am helping him plan and execute action steps that best align with his goals and grow his emotional intelligence to better run his multiple businesses.

Having been the anchor psychologist and co-presenter on the television series Saving Our Marriage, I have helped the couples on the show work through their marriage-related challenges.
Couples reach out to me for my guidance on a number of issues, from feeling ‘stuck’ in the relationship to dealing with the complications family and history (previous relationships) can often bring.
With couple’s counselling, I work with each partner individually, and with both partners as a couple.

Turning Point is my flagship programme for women. It is a 3-month online programme that focuses on helping women understand and break through their default modes created by lopsided perceptions during their formative years. For example, ‘I’m not good enough’ and ‘I don’t belong’ are lopsided perceptions.
Specially designed for women going through various transitions in their lives – be it entering a new decade of life, transitioning from married to divorced, or retiring to getting a new job, etc. – Turning Point is all about turning away from a life run on default mode and turning toward a life built on your heart’s desires.

Filial Play Therapy Training for Parents
After receiving numerous requests from parents, I have decided to launch an online programme teaching parents (or caring adults) basic play therapy skills and techniques they can use to become the main therapeutic agent in their children’s lives.
By using play to engage with children, parents can help them manage a number of challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioural problems, eating disorders, sibling rivalry, cope with divorce and remarriage of parents and much more.
Passing the Torch: Preserving Family Wealth Beyond the Third Generation – Legacy and Wealth Preservation Consultations
Using the principles explained in my book Passing the Torch: Preserving Family Wealth Beyond the Third Generation, I also work with families who wish to build a lasting legacy and preserve generational wealth beyond the third generation.
(Wealth does not only refer to financial wealth; it can be emotional wealth, family wealth, mental wealth, social wealth, etc.)
The clients I’ve worked with include:
- A family of third-generation siblings from Southeast Asia who are to take over the family business and wealth created by their grandfather and father
I am helping them preserve the family legacy so they will be able to ‘pass on the torch’ to the next generation.
- Seventy-year-old Bill who realized that he had disempowered his grown-up children by just giving them money without them taking accountability
I helped Bill create a clear vision of the legacy he wished to leave, and worked with his children to establish accountability, dignity, and respect.
- Forty-three-year-old Liz who sought my help with the guilt and subordination she felt being a ‘trust-fund child’.
I helped Liz dissolve her guilt and subordination and own her power, thereby shifting the dynamics so she no longer attracted financially disempowered men into her life.
